Yay, May Day! I’ve been flailing and not-posting… today was an epic amount of flail though. Started doing videos in a beautiful spot and didn’t want to stop, very lost in the flow. Very fun! It is interesting that teaching and videos ideal shouldn’t be too flail-y and mistake-ridden… but the extra focus on form and being watched and getting it precisely right also adds to the flail.
