Day 37: I can see the finish line

Hello all,

Today is Day 37.

Only 3 days to go.

It seems pretty unreal to me that we’ve been on this Expedition, flailing daily (or interacting with our relationship to Shiva Nata) for 37 days already.

And yet, I also feel such a sense of relief to see the finish line approaching.

How about you? How are you feeling as we enter the final 3 days of this Expedition?

  1. I’m starting to feel like I’ll be on the Expedition forever! I need to find a way to close and release and bless and return.

Wow! This last half has seemed to fly by for me. The little realizations about the idea of “stepping in” have been accumulating – I’m looking forward to some great reflections at the end. I rested from Shiva Nata this weekend… and followed it up with a truly absurd amount of flailing today. Good practice in the morning – including Brianna’s audio, full speed – if mistakes are good, missing ~at least~ half must be better, right? hehe. and then drippy rain kept my walking regulars from Shiva Nata class at the Y – so I had a beautiful mirrored room to play in and practice cleaning up my arm work. and ideas to work out for variations and such. and watching the fun of super-fast flailing – oooo! In all, it was 60 solid minutes of challenging nata – i wasn’t very productive this afternoon, felt rather fried. Looking forward to tomorrow though!

I seriously can’t wait to read your reflections on your theme. Stepping in is such a big thing to be working with and I’m looking forward to learning more about it vicariously through you. :)
