Shiva Nata Roundtable #3

How Does Shiva Nata Help You Meet Your Goals?

In the May 2012 5th Wednesday Cosy Causerie, Josiane Richer introduced a wonderfully useful concept. She recommends to her students and clients to think of creative ways that Shiva Nata can help them meet their other goals in life. For example, one busy student was yearning for more rest in her life, so Richer advised flailing for 30 seconds then taking a long, deep savasana (that perhaps even turns into a delicious nap). The possibilities are endless. If you’d like to know more about this idea, you can get instant access to the full recording of the Causerie by signing up here. (The next Cosy Causerie is Wednesday, August 29th, so you’re just in time to participate and invite friends to this supportive community!)

Looking back, what were your goals in life and how has Shiva Nata helped you meet them? Going forward, what are you seeking now and how can Shiva Nata help you bring it to fruition?

How the Roundtable Works

Write a response to the prompt on your blog. Consider the prompt as a place to start, not a command. You are free to adapt the question to your experiences or respond in any way you like. If you have a post you’ve already written that addresses the question, use that!

In your post, link back to this page, so readers can browse participating blogs. Adding a link in these comments also helps.

If you don’t have a blog, use the Comments to share your thoughts.
